Wine Tasting Amazing Race Team Buildings
Ditch the usual party or dinner gathering. How about sharing a team-building with your besties or your colleagues in a fun, interactive way? Here’s your chance to enjoy an exciting wine tasting destination hunt.
Using your own vehicle, clues, and maps, The Durbanville Wild Goose Chase will give you the chance to navigate a mystery tour through Durbanville, and collect answers along the way. Come rain or shine, you can explore heritage sites and places of interest, savour exquisite wines (or non-alcoholic beverages), and unveil the final destination.
A lunch stop can be arranged midway or at the end.
Gather your teams of 3-10 players for an AMAZING RACE inspired journey through the Durbanville wine valley – perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, team-buildings and year-end functions!
Suitable for
This event is designed for Durbanville, but it can be arranged in Paarl, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Constantia, and Darling (if booked 6 weeks in advance)
GROUP BOOKINGS
Ideal for 4 participants in a group, but we can accommodate up to 200 players, all in a 3-5 hour extravaganza!
COST
R200 per person, covering entry, activity, clues, maps, and snacks for the road. Optional tastings, meals, and beverages are for your own account.
AVAILABLE
Weekdays and Saturdays, 10 am to 3pm, or 12pm to 5pm. Sundays are only available for 4 – 12 players.
WHAT YOU NEED
A vehicle (or shuttle), smartphone with camera, Facebook, and internet access. A shuttle can be used for teams of 10 – 12 players, but this is for your own arrangement.
Birthdays
Your guests will have so much fun with this interactive 3 – 4 hour activity, and get into the spirit before you end off with your final celebrations over a late lunch or dinner with the birthday person.
Bachelorette parties
This 4-hour activity is well-suited for those adventurers who wish to travel together in a shuttle after the morning kitchen tea, sharing the entire experience with the bride-to-be. Suitable for mixed Bachelor and Bachelorette parties too.
Fun Team buildings
The ideal ice-breaker before a late lunch, or after a late breakfast for a 2 – 4 hour experience. Your clients, staff, colleagues or friends will be thoroughly entertained and get to know one another with this interactive team-building activity. The race is on!
Year-end Functions
Ideal for groups of 10 – 200, travelling in cars or shuttles in a 2-3 hour experience. This is the ideal activity to let your hair down, and end the year off with a bang before getting together for a late lunch, drinks, awards and ceremonies.
